1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing aitrainerplusx.com or using our platform, you fully agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Offered Services

AITrainerPlusX delivers advanced AI training programs, custom skill development, onboarding support, and tailored guidance. Visit “Plans” for full service details.

3. User Commitments

Provide accurate and current information
Adhere to registration procedures
Ensure timely participation and course completion

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT included. Payments must be made according to the selected subscription, either upon registration or prior to course start. Full payment is required in advance for all services.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Users may cancel their enrollment at any time by notifying us at least 10 days prior to the course start date.

Partial refunds: No refunds are given for sessions already begun.
Full refund: Only possible if the course has not started yet.
Procedure: All requests must be emailed to info@aitrainerplusx.com

6. Limitation of Liability

AITrainerPlusX is not liable for damages caused by external parties or misuse of the platform by users. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the training program.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on aitrainerplusx.com (logos, articles, media) is the exclusive property of AITrainerPlusX. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Genève, Switzerland.
